William Turner, Group CEO
In late 2005 Will joined Paul Allen's Seattle-based Private Equity Group, Vulcan, and now has a dual role. Will is operational CEO of The Hospital Group (and oversees its international roll-out), and is also responsible for sourcing and managing Private Equity growth capital opportunities in the UK and European Media, Communications and Entertainment space.

Having completed a Degree in English Language and English Literature and graduating from Film School, Will commenced his career in the film industry. He held a variety of roles at Wicked Films, Manifesto Film Sales and Working Title Films. These roles included producing pop videos, commercials and feature films, and responsibility for production, distribution and sales. In 1996, Will became Head of Carlton Films, overseeing Feature Film production distribution. As part of his responsibilities at Carlton, Will was involved with the acquisition of Rank and also served as a Special Advisor to the Minister of Culture, Media and Sport on the strategic future of the British Film and TV industries.

Will was appointed as Head of Sky Pictures, BSkyB's TV, Film-making and Content Division in 1999. In 2002, having taken a Sky-sponsored sabbatical at the Harvard Business School, Will returned to Sky to work for Group CEO, Tony Ball, as Head of Content Strategy.

In 2003, Will left Sky to pursue Venture Capital and Private Equity opportunities in Media and Leisure, which included leading a Private Equity acquisition of the Odeon Cinema Group as CEO. He concurrently worked as a consultant to several of the leading UK and US Media Groups, including several Studios, on their International Content Creation and Distribution strategies.

Will currently advises the Conservative Party and the Shadow DCMS on policy toward the Creative Industries.

Will is married to Emily Oppenheimer, and together they have two children.


Denise K. Fletcher, Executive Vice President of Finance, Vulcan Inc.
Denise K. Fletcher, Executive Vice President, Finance, is responsible for creating and implementing long-term financial plans and strategies to achieve Vulcan's goals across a diverse portfolio of businesses and initiatives.

Prior to Vulcan, Denise served as SVP and CFO of Davita Inc., a medical services company specializing in dialysis. She served as EVP/CFO of MasterCard Inc., SVP/CFO of Bowne & Company, a leading financial printer, and was Corporate Treasurer of The New York Times Company and Assistant Treasurer of Getty Oil Inc. (Eastern Operations). Denise also founded Fletcher Associates, a financial and strategic consulting firm. She is a director of Unisys Corporation, and has served on the boards and board committees of Sempra Energy, Orbitz and Software Stores.

Denise graduated from Wellesley College and has a MCP from Harvard University

Richard E Hutton, VP Media Development, Vulcan
Richard Hutton oversees the feature film and documentary teams at Vulcan Productions and manages a variety of content partnerships, business and distribution deals. Richard recently received an Emmy for his work on Rx for Survival: A Global Health Challenge which won the Outstanding Information Programming category at the 2006 News and Documentary Emmy Awards. Richard was formerly the Executive Producer of the critically acclaimed PBS series "Evolution" and before that he was Senior Vice President of Creative Development at Walt Disney Imagineering and previously, Senior Vice President, Television Programming and Production, for WETA Television in Washington D.C.

Robert S. Arron, Senior Director of Real Estate Leasing and Marketing, Vulcan Inc.
As Senior Director of Real Estate Leasing and Marketing, Robert oversees all commercial and residential leasing and marketing efforts for Vulcan's real estate development projects. Among other accomplishments, he has led the negotiations for a number of Vulcan's recent transactions including the Amazon.com, Microsoft and Group Health leases.

Robert was previously a vice president with Kearny Real Estate Company (the West Coast operating partner of the Morgan Stanley Real Estate Fun) in Los Angeles where he directed the asset, property management and leasing divisions. Robert has been directly involved with leading several major real estate acquisitions and dispositions including the Warner Center portfolio in Los Angeles.

Robert earned a master's degree in business administration from the University of Southern California, Los Angeles and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Occidental College, Los Angeles.

Nan Richards, President, Turner Broadcasting System Europe Ltd.
Nan is President, Turner Broadcasting System (TBS) Europe Ltd, responsible for the commercial activities of CNN, TCM (Turner Classic Movies), Cartoon Network, Toonami and Boomerang. As TBS's European president, Richards' brief also encompasses all of the Middle East and Africa. In her role, she oversees business development, marketing, distribution, public relations, and the entertainment channels' advertising sales, research, operations, broadcast sales, programming and new media.

Nan was promoted to her current position in autumn 2000 from her previous role as president of TBS news networks in Europe, Middle East and Africa.

Nan is the chairman of CNN+, the 24-hour Spanish language news channel which is a joint venture with Sogecable and CNN. She has also served on the boards of n-tv, the 24-hour German language news channel in Germany in which CNN/Time Warner has a joint venture with RTL, and Viva, a German music channel in which Turner Broadcasting held an interest up until 2004.
